About Me

/Who Am I

An entrepreneur, business owner, and business analyst, I have built my reputation on results. I have worked on both project and team management for more than seven years, serving such high-profile, successful brands such as Subway as a manager, Western Motel, and AT&T. Since earning my Associate’s Degree at Holmes Community College, I have gone on to earn my Bachelor’s of Science at Mississippi State University. I am highly skilled in a variety of areas, including Windows OS, Linux, Python, C++, Java, C, Microsoft Office, Macintosh, iOS development, and Android development.

I have accrued significant experience as a Field Test Engineer, overseeing application development and launches across several different platforms. I have also created applications of my own, most notably Epic Color Spin Speed Challenge and Get Cross the Circles. In addition, I am the founder of two companies, Smart Hookah LLC and Power Bell. In May 2018, I accepted a position as a Commissioning & Integration Engineer with Samsung, and after just two months on the job, I rose to the position of Market Lead.

  • Serving as the market lead for the Pacific North West, collaborated frequently and closely with the Regional PMs, Field Tech Coordinators, and RF engineers.
  • Trained and prepared new Commissioning & Integration engineers on the migration process.
  • Checked in and communicated with the Commissioning & Integration engineers to stay on top of any alarms or traffic issues on the sites, making corrections as necessary.
  • Mastered and provided Tier II-level troubleshooting, figuring out the issue and connecting with the Commission & Integration engineers and the Field engineers.

 From the first day of my internship, I knew that I would learn a great amount that would help me down the road. At VM2, I worked with Matt Rose, William, and Cardarius Clark. There was paperwork, just as there would be at a real job, and I got to see the data center so that I could help the clients, who come from 12 different companies. I accrued valuable experience working on software, answering calls, fixing computers, and checking on software for proper functioning. This internship showed me how a company operates first-hand.
